let me introduce myself to you.
My name is Abdou; I am leaving in Singapore, Freelance Translator, Online marketer, web designer and SEO (Not Expert).
I set up this blog after many others just to give it a great try with Wordpress. I read a lot about this platform, but I did not really felt willing to switch to it from another one which was annoying by limited features and control.
One day I read an e-book which I will tell you next time which one that made me think again about changing my previous platform to this one.
It was really very exciting to read about WP, look for themes and take action: Install it.
I was online since 1998 when the Internet started in my origin country (Morocco), that time the Internet connection was very high priced, even to create a free email.
During my presence online, I read and learned many things, and I really got overloaded of information (some great other are fluff).
First time I was a fan of chat rooms, mIRC and other programs of chatting, my time was really precious an wasted traveling from chat to other without taking anything seriously.
trust me, I did not remember in which day or occasion my mindset changed to think for real that I need something new, something can challenge, I started looking for how people make websites, and fortunately I met a person who showed me something that I started with. It was editing software (I do not remember of its name), and I spent nights and days reading its help section and using it to build small web pages for myself and my friends (here my first page: http://membres.lycos.fr/abdounet).
I am sure that you paid it a visit right now, did you see the simplicity of doing it, this was in 1999, as you can see on a dated photo, and surely you saw my photo when I was baby of 06 months.
It took me around 2 years to understand how website work from building it to browsing it online, it was really hard to learn what is all about.
During 2 years ago, I was approached by my brother in low who offer me to work on my own, I asked him to show me how?. Itwas really very exciting topic even though my brother in low is not an Internet Marketing at all, either has any knowledge about website creation or any technical asset. I believe that my destiny pushed him towards me to give me a flash at the face to wake up and look out for more things.
He and I went to see one of his friend, who is an Internet marketer (I call him IInternet Spammer), simply because the way he get traffic to his offers and have more subscribers was by spamming them.
I took a look at what he is offering and doing as Internet Marketer, and discovered that he and my brother in law are under a MLM scheme.
I will not be lying if I say that I got excited with the Idea of finding people to sign under my account (called downline), and get paid for this as a referrer (Commission), I went trough it, I subscribed under this scheme and I found out that it is very hard and harsh and difficult (you can use all words here to define the impossibility) to convince people to follow me doing same thing.
For your information, MLM scheme are the worst way to go if you want to make some money Online, it is really waste of energy and time at least in my opinion, may someone else says the opposite.
